Non-NHS Services

Some services provided are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attract charges. Examples include the following:

• Medicals for Driving Requirements (HGV, PSV etc.)
• Insurance Claim Forms
• Jury Letters
• Private Sick Notes
• Vaccination Certificates
• Firearm Certificates

**PLEASE NOTE FACE TO FACE MEDICALS FOR SOME OF THESE SERVICES HAVE SUSPENDED DUE TO THE RECENT PANDEMIC**

The fees charged are based on the British Medical Association (BMA) suggested scales and our reception staff will be happy to advise you about them along with appointment availability. 
 

All forms handed into the practice will be dealt with within seven working days.  If the form is not going to be completed within this timescale the practice will notify you or you can contact the surgery to make an enquiry.
