The Receptionists are the first point of contact for the practice and deal with queries both face-to-face and by telephone.  The Receptionists are a vital part of the day-to-day running of the practice and are the liaison between patient and GP.  Please always be courteous and treat reception staff as you yourself would wish to be treated.

The Secretary deals with all administration activities relating to referrals, hospital appointments, private referrals and insurance requests for patients.
